Joacim Lundgren recently dropped by the studio as he was in the area filming for his latest upcoming video project, he wanted to try out some of the trails which I have been working on in the area. In collaboration with the region I’m utilising my industry experience to utilise a disused area of hillside within the old mining area to create a community led trail building association, the first trail is near completion and so we Joacim came to test it. 

On the topic of trail building a destinations, September 1st-2nd I will be in Järvsö for the MTB conference presented by Cykelfrämjandet, both documenting the event but I will also be delivering a talk on destination marketing in regards to mountain biking and how destinations can work to find their own USP. I look forward to meeting up with many folk from within the industry based in Scandinavia.
